The sleepy little town of Avon has quite literally grown up around The Christie Lodge and now affords its owners and visitors alike a cornucopia of shopping, entertainment, recreation and dining opportunity.

Secondly, the dedicated and friendly staff of the Lodge has held true to our motto: "To have fun, helping our owners and guests have fun!" We are constantly rethinking and adding to our programs to help our owners get the most out of their vacation dollar. We work hard to keep our maintenance fees the lowest in the valley.

One benefit to floating time is that periodically blocks of units remain un booked and this availability is made available to our owners outside their regular week's usage at deeply discounted rates. Check the rates of other local accommodations and you'll see the magnitude of this benefit.

Our reservations department has worked out several other programs to increase the value to our owners such as our Internal Exchange Program, Season and Unit Size Upgrade Programs, flexibility to purchase additional one time week vacations for any given season in the year and so much more! The Christie Lodge was the first resort in the country to insist on being able to work with both major exchange companies: Resort Condominiums International and Interval International. This was done to afford our owners the greatest flexibility to choose their own world wide extension to their Christie Lodge ownership.
