SUMMER DEPOSIT POLICY: (4/22/08– 11/13/08)  Credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking. One night’s lodging and tax will be charged 48 hours prior to arrival. Balance is due upon arrival.
SUMMER CANCELLATION POLICY: If reservation is canceled within 48 hours of arrival a cancellation fee equal to one nights room and tax will be charged.
WINTER DEPOSIT POLICY: (11/14/08– 4/26/09) Confirmation on all reservations requires a deposit equal to 50% of the total room and tax and is payable at the time of booking.  Balance will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
WINTER CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged one night’s room and tax as a cancellation fee.  Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit all monies received.  Departure prior to scheduled check out times will result in forfeiture of the remaining unused balance.

Sorry, no pets.  No bicycles allowed in guest rooms - Bike storage available. An adult, at least 18 years of age, must be present in every room.
